Research and exploration of Australian Architectural eras:

• Critical Regionalism - Research and Sketches;

• Victorian. To design a room in a contemporary fashion, inspired by the style of the Victorian era. I based this design on the family room of my childhood home, a Mid-Victorian red brick in central Bendigo. The family room was converted into a contemporary take on the Victorian ‘Drawing Room’. The colour and material palette is inspired by the couple’s favourite objects, very 70’s in style, with its application of heavy ornamentation, colour and pattern inspired by the Victorian Era.
